Join us for the experience of healthy Tai Chi movement.  Anyone can participate as we slow down, savor each moment, and nourish our bodies and minds.  Tai Chi is often called Meditation in Motion, and has been proved to promote wellness through low impact, focused flow and brain/body connection.  The instructor, for this seven-week introductory series, is Cyd Stenicka, who has taught Tai Chi, yoga, drumming, and balance programs for over ten years.
