Community Room, One-Time Use
The community room may be rented for $20 per hour during regular business hours when available. 
The fee is $40 per hour for after hours use.

Non-profit, Westside groups may use the community room for two hours, once a week at no charge depending on availability.

Gym (Hughes Hall) Rentals, One-Time Use
Evenings: The gym is available for rent Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 5-9 pm. 

Weekends: The gym is available for rent on Saturday from 9 am-9 pm and on Sunday from 9 am-4 pm.

The fee is $35 per hour during normal business hours with a 2 hour minimum. After hours rental fees are $35per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

The fee includes a projection system, a sound system with one lavalier microphone, as well as multiple microphones in the ceiling of the stage. Approximately one hundred fifty people can be accommodated and parking is available.

Hughes Hall is the perfect place for baby showers, group meetings, drama productions, or birthday parties. For more information on schedules, prices and availability, please call the center at 719.385.7920, ext. 100.

Gym (Hughes Hall)/Limited Kitchen/Classrooms, Sunday Rentals
The gym, kitchen and up to four classrooms may be rented as a package on Sundays. The rental fee is $300 to $500 per month, depending on the number of rooms requested, number of hours requested, and length of rental.

District 11 catering is our preferred caterer. Outside caterers are allowed with limited access to the kitchen.

Classrooms
Rent for classrooms will be $20 per hour during regular business hours and $40 per hour for after-hours use.
