AT HOME HEALTHCARE HELPS WITH:
(RMCLT) mission is to provide permanent, supportive housing for low-income families in El Paso County and the City of Colorado Springs. We do this by making an investment in properties with qualified, low-income families, significantly reducing their mortgage payments. While our core mission is affordable homeownership, we also collaborate with other non-profit organizations to address housing needs across the community, such as transitional housing and affordable rentals.
RMCLT is also the only local HUD Housing Counseling agency providing pre-purchase workshops, Fair Housing counseling, budget counseling, credit rebuilding, foreclosure prevention, and default counseling. All of our Housing Counseling services are free.
Foot care with Colorado Visiting Nurse Association allows patients to receive preventative care and discuss their health with a medical professional. Our nurses build relationships with our foot care clinic patients. These repeat visits let us look at health changes over time, and we can provide referrals for physicians or support systems.
Reassurance+ combines comforting companionship and a delicious meal into a complete package for seniors.
Optum is a local physician-led, multi-specialty medical group, proudly serving the Pikes Peak region for over 70 years.
