The mission of the Westside Community Center is to provide programs and services that create community for friends of all ages in the Westside neighborhood.

We are going to enjoy a wonderful day of adventure exploring the Denver Zoo.  Eat at your leisure during the day at one of the many dining locations throughout the zoo.  Visit one of their shops for unique gift items.  I’ve been told their aquarium is nicer than the Denver Aquarium

Seating is limited

The above rates cover transportation to and from the field trip, as well as your admission if there is one.  Trinkets, meals, and snacks are at your own expense unless otherwise specified.  Please pay for trips 30 days in advance.  Cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the trip will be refunded and individuals on our waiting list notified of availability.  Please ensure you bring appropriate clothing and snacks.

Watercolor class ~ Begins Friday,  March 3rd, 9 – 11:30 am

All levels of experience.

Learn in a supportive and fun environment.  Expand your use of color, light, and composition to make better paintings.  This small class size allows for lots of individual attention.  The instruction is a step-by-step approach.  First will be a demonstration of technique, then time for each person to do the same technique at their painting area.   Use these techniques to create your own amazing paintings.

Class length 6 weeks
